The proxy borrower privilege is a service of the GCSC library to assist students and faculty when the borrower is unable to check out materials from the library. A student with a disability may designate a family member to pick up their materials.

  • Obtain a Proxy Borrower Application from the front desk in the library or online through this guide.
  • Fill out and turn in with the appropriate identification at the front desk.
  • Proxy borrowers expire the last day of classes for the term in which the request was made.
  • A new application must be completed each semester.
