If they are GCSC students or employees, proxy borrowers will need their GCSC ID card.  If they are not students or employees, they will need a valid government issued ID card, driver's license, or passport.

The primary account holder who allows a proxy to borrow materials on the account is responsible for all late, damaged, or lost library materials. By signing the agreement establishing a proxy borrower, the primary account holder acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.
