You have a couple options for searching for a peer reviewed article.

From the Library homepage, enter your term into the Discovery Tool.

On your results screen, Tweak your results to Peer-reviewed Journals

  Tweak your search results drop down menu.

 

If you are already in a database, look for the words academic, scholarly, or peer-reviewed. Depending on the database, you will find these source types on the main search page or the results page. The images below show how they look in different databases.
