I'm trying to take a quiz in LockDown Browser but getting a "link blocked" message or stuck on "quiz loading." How do I fix this?

Answer

Close the second tab and return to Canvas.

  1. Close the second tab that opened (don't close the entire browser)
  2. Return to your original Canvas tab
  3. Click the link that says "Click here to return to the quiz page"
  4. Select "Start Quiz"

This will resolve the loading issue and allow you to begin your exam.
